Courier pricing is tailored to your shipment size and delivery requirements (mileage). Request a personalised quote with your collection and delivery locations, load details and deadline. For regular deliveries or several jobs in one booking, ask about our full-day and half-day courier rates.
Same-day delivery
A same-day courier collects your shipment and transports it to its destination for delivery that day. With Princess Courier, you request a quote, agree the collection and delivery arrangements, and confirm the booking. This service is designed for urgent shipments that cannot wait until tomorrow.
Contact us with your route and deadline to confirm the latest feasible collection time. Our team is available 24/7, but same-day arrival still depends on the journey and available transport. A late-night booking should not be assumed to arrive before midnight.
We aim to arrange urgent courier collection within one hour, subject to availability and your shipment's requirements. Share your pickup postcode, item size and weight when you contact us, so the collection estimate can reflect the vehicle and handling support you need.
Our same-day courier network covers the UK mainland. Availability for an individual journey depends on the collection location, destination, booking time and delivery deadline.
We transport documents, parcels, retail goods, spare parts, furniture and palletised loads using vehicles suited to the shipment. Provide accurate dimensions, weight and handling requirements. Goods must be securely packaged, and prohibited or hazardous items must not be booked as ordinary courier shipments.
Yes. Same-day delivery is intended for arrival on the collection day, while next-day delivery is intended for a later agreed date, normally the following working day. Choose same-day courier transport when your delivery cannot wait, and confirm that your deadline is achievable.
Yes. Businesses can arrange recurring courier collections as well as individual urgent deliveries with Princess Courier. Tell us your usual routes, shipment volumes and collection frequency to discuss a service that fits your operations, including full-day or half-day arrangements where appropriate.
Next-day delivery
Next-day delivery normally means arrival on the next working day after collection, according to the service agreed when booking. Confirm the delivery date in advance, especially for Friday collections, weekend requirements or bank holidays, rather than assuming every shipment will arrive within exactly 24 hours.
Delivery times are not unconditionally guaranteed. Traffic, severe weather and unforeseen disruption can affect arrival. Please discuss any strict next-day deadline before booking so the agreed service matches your requirements.
Yes. Princess Courier offers shipment tracking to help you follow your delivery's progress. When booking your next-day courier, ask how tracking information will be provided and how to contact the team for an update about your particular consignment.
Contact our team with your booking reference and delivery details to request the latest status and a revised arrival estimate. Tell us immediately about any recipient closing time or other deadline, so the next steps can be discussed for your shipment.
Yes. Our next-day delivery service is available for business shipments that need planned transport rather than immediate same-day delivery. Contact us with your collection schedule, destinations and shipment requirements to discuss an individual booking or your ongoing delivery needs.
Multi-drop delivery
Multi-drop delivery involves transporting goods to several addresses as part of one planned route. Princess Courier drivers are experts in multi-drop courier services for businesses managing multiple destinations, helping coordinate collections, delivery stops and shipment requirements within a single transport arrangement.
The practical number of delivery stops depends on the distances involved, shipment sizes, vehicle capacity and time needed at each address. Send us your complete delivery list, including any time restrictions, so a suitable route and realistic schedule can be discussed.
Yes. Multi-drop delivery is suitable for eCommerce businesses and retailers sending orders to several customers or locations. Our service supports businesses with multiple delivery points, with arrangements tailored to the goods being carried and the required destinations.
Yes. You can request deliveries to residential addresses, business premises or multiple sites. Please identify the address type when booking and include access instructions, opening hours, recipient contact details and any restrictions that could affect unloading.
Combining several deliveries into a planned route can reduce the need for separate journeys and make better use of vehicle time. The potential saving depends on delivery locations, shipment volume and time spent at each stop, so request a quote for your complete route.
Driver cover
Courier driver cover provides additional driving support when your business needs help maintaining its delivery schedule. Princess Courier offers driver cover for shortages and short-notice requirements.
Yes. Princess Courier offers short-notice driver cover to help businesses respond to unexpected shortages. Availability depends on the location and work required. Contact us with your start time, delivery workload and vehicle requirements to check the available options.
You can request scheduled driver cover for staff holidays or other planned absences. Send your required dates, working hours and delivery details in advance to check availability.
The earliest replacement driver depends on your location, required start time and the type of driving work involved. Contact us as soon as a shortage arises. Please obtain a confirmed start time rather than assuming our urgent parcel collection target applies to driver cover.
Please contact us to discuss longer-term or recurring driver cover requirements. Provide your preferred contract duration, working pattern, routes and vehicle details. Any ongoing arrangement, including availability and pricing, needs to be agreed individually before work begins.
Two-man delivery
A two-man delivery service uses a two-person team to handle goods that need more support than a standard single-driver delivery. Princess Courier offers this service for bulky, delicate and oversized items requiring additional care during collection, transportation and delivery.
Consider a two-man delivery team when an item is too heavy, bulky or awkward for one person to handle appropriately. It can also suit delicate goods needing extra care. Explain any stairs, restricted access or difficult carrying distances before booking.
Yes. Princess Courier offers furniture delivery, including two-man handling for heavier or bulkier items. Provide the furniture's dimensions and weight, plus collection and delivery access details. Please mention stairs, lifts and floor levels so the handling requirements can be assessed before collection.
Yes. Our two-man delivery service includes handling support for bulky or awkward goods. Explain your loading, unloading and room-access requirements when requesting a quote. Any assembly or packaging-removal service should be specifically agreed rather than assumed to be included.
We offer large-item courier services for bulky goods such as furniture, equipment and commercial loads. Suitability depends on the item and the handling required. Send accurate measurements, weight and access information so an appropriate vehicle and delivery arrangement can be considered.
Temperature-controlled delivery
Temperature-controlled transport uses suitable vehicles, containers or packaging to keep goods within specified temperature conditions during a journey. For temperature-sensitive products, the required range and handling arrangements should be established before shipping, rather than relying on ordinary parcel transport.
Please contact us to check availability for your chilled or frozen delivery requirements. Provide the product type, quantity, required temperature range and route. Confirm that suitable transport is available for your exact shipment before booking.
Please discuss pharmaceutical deliveries with our team before booking. Product suitability, temperature control, security and any applicable Good Distribution Practice requirements need to be checked. A general temperature-controlled transport service should not automatically be assumed suitable for every medicine or pharmaceutical product.
Please request confirmation of the supported temperature range for your specific shipment. Provide the minimum and maximum permitted temperatures, product details and expected journey requirements. Where necessary, ask what temperature monitoring and journey records can be supplied before agreeing the service.
Contact us for a route-specific temperature-controlled delivery quote. Availability needs to be checked against your collection and delivery locations, required temperature range and schedule. Please confirm specialist transport availability rather than assuming every route has the same options as our standard courier services.
Courier vehicles
Princess Courier has a flexible UK courier and haulage fleet ranging from small vans to articulated HGVs. Our listed vehicle options include Small Van, SWB – Short Wheel Base, LWB - Long Wheel Base, XLWB – Extra Long Wheel Base, Luton Van, 7.5 Tonne, 18 Tonne, 26 Tonne and Artic-HGV vehicles. This allows us to match the vehicle to anything from urgent documents and boxes to bulky goods, pallets and large commercial loads.
The right courier vehicle depends on the size, weight, shape and quantity of your goods. When requesting a quote, provide accurate dimensions, total weight and any loading requirements. Our team can then help match your consignment with a suitable van or HGV without paying for unnecessary vehicle space.
Our Small Van is ideal for urgent documents, parcels and small boxes. The listed load-space dimensions are approximately 1.3m long x 1.2m wide x 1.0m high, with a maximum payload of 400kg. Always provide the dimensions of unusually shaped items so we can confirm that they will fit safely.
An SWB, or Short Wheel Base van, is suitable for small goods, parcels and retail deliveries that need more space than a small van. Princess Courier lists an SWB load space of approximately 2.1m x 1.2m x 1.4m with a maximum payload of 800kg.
A Long Wheel Base van is a practical option for larger consignments, furniture and multiple items. Our listed Long Wheel Base load-space dimensions are approximately 3.3m x 1.2m x 1.7m, with a maximum payload of 1,200kg. Suitability still depends on individual item dimensions and safe loading.
An XLWB, or Extra Long Wheel Base van, is useful for long or bulky items, trade supplies and larger consignments. Princess Courier lists an XLWB load space of approximately 4.2m x 1.2m x 1.75m with a maximum payload of 1,000kg. Send us your item measurements when booking so we can confirm the best option.
A Luton van is well suited to large, bulky goods, furniture and move-related deliveries because of its larger box-style load area. Our listed Luton dimensions are approximately 4.2m x 2.0m x 2.1m with a maximum payload of 1,000kg. Tell us about stairs, restricted access or lifting requirements when requesting your quote.
Yes. For heavier commercial consignments, Princess Courier lists both 7.5 Tonne and 18 Tonne vehicle options. The 7.5 Tonne vehicle has listed load-space dimensions of approximately 6.0m x 2.4m x 2.2m and a maximum payload of 2,500kg. The 18 Tonne vehicle is approximately 7.3m x 2.4m x 2.4m with a maximum payload of 9,000kg.
Yes. Princess Courier lists an Artic-HGV option for full-load distribution and large commercial movements. The listed trailer space is approximately 13.6m x 2.4m x 2.7m with a maximum payload of 26,000kg. HGV availability, access restrictions and loading arrangements should be confirmed for each booking.
Yes. Our fleet includes vans and HGVs suitable for palletised freight, furniture, bulky items and larger commercial loads. For oversized or unusually shaped goods, provide the exact length, width, height and weight, together with loading and unloading details. We will help identify a suitable vehicle and any additional handling support required.
Vehicle transportation
To enquire about vehicle transportation with Princess Courier, provide the vehicle's make, model, condition, collection address and destination. Include your preferred dates and any access restrictions. Ask for confirmation of the transport method, availability and price before agreeing the booking.
Our courier network covers the UK mainland, but car transportation must be checked for your particular route and vehicle. Send your collection and delivery postcodes to confirm availability.
Vehicle transport times depend on the journey, vehicle condition, available transport and agreed collection schedule. Request an estimated collection and delivery window with your quote. For a dealership handover, auction collection or other fixed appointment, explain the deadline before confirming your booking.
Please request written confirmation of the insurance applicable to your vehicle transport booking. Declare the vehicle's value and ask about cover limits, exclusions, excesses, loading and unloading. Do not assume that general parcel or goods-in-transit cover automatically applies to vehicle transportation.
Please contact us to check whether your non-running vehicle can be accepted. Explain whether it rolls, steers and brakes, whether keys are available, and whether it has sustained damage. Any necessary loading equipment and collection arrangements must be confirmed before booking.
Insurance & security
Our courier services include basic cover, with additional insurance options potentially available on request. Confirm the protection applicable to your shipment before booking, particularly for high-value or specialist goods.
Please contact us for the current goods-in-transit cover limit and policy details applicable to your booking. Declare your shipment's contents and value before collection.
Report any damage to our team within 12 hours, quoting your booking reference. Keep the goods and packaging, and take clear photographs of the damage. Provide the item details and proof of value, and ask about the applicable claims procedure and notification deadlines.
Contact our team promptly with your booking reference, collection date and recipient details to request an investigation. Keep your booking documents, shipment description and proof of value available. Ask about the next steps and any claim requirements that apply to your delivery.
Additional cover may be appropriate for valuable or specialist shipments. Declare the contents and value, then ask whether the included protection meets your needs before the goods travel.
